MIIC Reminder Recall
Reminder recall is the practice of notifying clients about immunizations they are due to receive and inviting them to schedule an appointment. This page describes statewide reminder recall projects supported by the Minnesota Immunization Information Connection (MIIC) program and provides resources for providers who wish to create their own projects.
MIIC reminder recall projects
The MIIC reminder recall program sends out mailings and/or text messages to clients that are due for selected vaccines.
Mailings
Each year, the MIIC reminder recall program sends up to four mailings (postcards or letters) to Minnesotans who are due to receive immunizations Encouraging them to contact their healthcare provider about immunizations they may be due to receive. Generally, there is at least one mailing focused on each key age group:

Certain organizations may enroll to have the MIIC reminder recall program send text messages to their patients on their behalf. Learn more at MIIC Texting Program.
