CDC: Vaccine Data Code Sets Information about vaccine code sets and crosswalks between code sets. MIIC accepts both active and inactive vaccine codes provided by Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), American Medical Association, and the Food and Drug Administration, including vaccine administered (CVX), Current Procedural Terminology (CPT) codes, and National Drug Codes (NDC), both unit of sale and unit of use.
