MIIC Texting Program

The Minnesota Immunization Information Connection (MIIC) texting program allows organizations that participate in MIIC to send automated text messages to their clients who are due for immunizations according to the MIIC.

MIIC texting program process

• Step 1: Registration
  Organizations register in the texting application at MIIC Texting Program and are approved by the Minnesota Department of Health (MDH)to use it.
• Step 2: Accept organization agreement
  The organization must complete the organization agreement in order to create texting campaigns within the application.
• Step 3: Create texting campaigns
  Organizations can create texting campaigns. All campaigns must be reviewed and approved by MDH prior to launching.
