Financial Examinations
Financial examinations are available on Commerce Actions and Regulatory Documents Search (CARDS). Select “Insurance Financial Examinations” under Area of Interest, then select the health plan under Company.
HMO Supplemental Financial Reporting
HMOs and CBPs report their revenues, expenses and net income by product line, also called “Supplement 1”, and expenses that are not used to pay claims into smaller categories, and investment income, also called “Supplement 1a” each April 1st for the previous calendar year. Reports are posted by April 15th of each year, after review. Beginning for 2025 reporting year, these two supplements are submitted as one file.
