Information for Providers

Child and Teen Checkups

The child and teen well-child checkups are a vital opportunity for healthcare providers to monitor a young patient's growth, development, and overall health. These visits offer a chance for providers to: engage with families, answer questions, and provide guidance on lifestyle choices. This helps children and youth thrive and set a strong foundation for lifelong health and wellbeing.
