Health Care Homes Incentives and Payments
Board Certification Credit

Physicians

Physicians who practice in a certified Health Care Home may receive credit during board certification. Family Medicine physicians and Pediatricians can use HCH certification to meet maintenance of certification (MOC) credits (specifically, the Performance Improvement requirement).
