Video Transcript:

To identify a rodent problem, first ask the family if they have seen mice or rats in or outside the home.

Pay close attention for any holes and cracks where a rodent could enter the home.

Mice can enter homes through very small openings. If a pencil can fit in the opening, then a mouse can squeeze through the hole.

Also, look for rodent droppings which are black or brown and approximately the size of a grain of rice.
