340B Covered Entity Report
Reporting Resources

Minnesota health care organizations that participate in the federal 340B Drug Pricing Program—known as covered entities—are required to annually report data related to their 340B prescription drug purchases and payments to the Minnesota Department of Health (MDH) (Minnesota Statutes 62J.461). Covered entities should refer to this page to access guidance and resources for reporting.
