Veritrace is the State of Minnesota’s security-paper supplier as of April 1, 2026. Each county office must set up a customer account with Veritrace before placing their first order. Please visit the Sharepoint site for county offices to find the:

Reporting problems

Contact Veritrace directly to resolve problems with your security paper order or delivery. Once the problem is resolved, please email health.vitalrecordspaper@state.mn.us to notify OVR of the issues.
