Replacement Method and Separate Stock sites are combined in one manual. Pay attention to information for your site type, especially in the How to Manage the MnVFC Program section.

  • Sites should review the manual and print, sign, and date the Signature Page, certifying they have read it. Blank pages were purposely left to allow for double-sided printing.

Ensure your MnVFC PIN as well as the names of your vaccine coordinator and backup vaccine coordinator are posted in your vaccine storage area. If the vaccine coordinator or backup vaccine coordinator change, update this information using the MnVFC Contact Update Form.
