WIC Participant Satisfaction Survey

Minnesota WIC conducts a participant satisfaction survey to gather experiences with the WIC program. WIC uses the information collected to inform how to carry out the program and better serve participants in Minnesota.

The survey is completely voluntary and does not affect eligibility for WIC. This page will be updated with survey links when the next survey is available.
